Answering the following questions in conjunction with the video will give you a good sense of your Trauma Map, which can begin the process of healing and integrating heart, mind and body:

1) Can you be the person you want to be regardless of who is around?

2) Do you feel present, free and in your body?

3) What is your inner age around the issue in question?

4) Do you know a set of oppressive rules you must follow to be accepted in a situation?

5) Are you in fight, flight, Freeze? Which of these is unavailable to you in a given situation?

6) Is your social, financial or physical survival in jeopardy - or do you experience it as in jeopardy physically or emotionally?

7) Do you have access to your full range of emotions?

8) Is there any area where you feel trapped, suspended and helpless?

9) Will you fight for your right to live with dignity?

10) Do you believe you are a bad person and everyone around you is good or that you are a good person and everyone around you is bad?

12) Are you split or are you integrated in your words, actions, thoughts and feelings and don't know how to resolve the split?

13) Do you feel safe to tell your truth?

14) Who will abandon, betray, lie or treat you with contempt if you speak your truth?

15) Are you carrying someone else's secret?

16) Do you abuse yourself in anticipation of being abused.
